Book Neighborhood House for your next function.  It's perfect for...

•  You can rent one, two, or all three rooms.  Rates are based on the number of rooms rented and the length of the rental.

• We will set up tables and chairs for your rental if you provide us a diagram at least one week prior to your rental, otherwise, tables and chairs are set out and you complete the set up.  

• The facility closes at Midnight.  

• Alcohol is allowed.  However, you may not sell alcohol without a liquor license.

• The kitchenette is available for your rental.  The kitchenette offers a refrigerator, sink, cabinets and counter space.  It is included in the rental price if you are utilizing (at least) Room 1.  

At the present time, all rentals require a $150 deposit, which is not included in the price of the rental.  It is returned after the event, if there are no damages, no smoking in the building, trash is thrown out, and the rooms and parking lots are generally cleaned.  Also, the $150 deposit "holds" your date.  Your rental date is not confirmed until the deposit has been made.  

AVAILABILITY OF COMMUNITY ROOMS

(At this time, the following dates may be available, please call for more information)

July 12th, September 20th, October 4th, 11th, 18th, November 1st, 15th & 22nd.  The community rooms are not available for rental in after the 22nd of November or in December due to Neighborhood House Christmas programs.  

Neighborhood House is a non-smoking facility (if you choose to smoke, you must remain 15 away from doors & windows at Neighborhood House).  

Renting the facility helps fund Neighborhood House programs.
