NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE INFANT, TODDLER, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & YOUTH PROGRAMS

The Early Childhood & Youth Education and STAR programs are possible, in part, by a grant from the Heart of Illinois United Way. 

May 5th - 9th is Teacher Appreciation Week.  Let your child's teacher know how much you appreciate the care and concern they have for your child!

The Infant, Toddler & Early Childhood Program

The Infant, Toddler, and Early Childhood program provides a safe environment for children six weeks to five years of age.  The Center offers kids a wholesome setting in which they can mature socially, physically, emotionally and educationally so they  can achieve their full potential.

Our Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We are close to downtown and on the City bus line.
